Pre Habitat For Humanity Bike Ride 2012 Pic 32

Our pre bike ride for the Muddy waters rides again bike ride to help rais money for Habitat for Humanity.

The official ride is on August 12 and starts at kildonan park, we ride to Lockport, then Selkirk over the skybridge and then eventually through Birds Hill park and the back to kildonal Park.

We did a pre ride on Saturday 28th just to try out the route. We deviated a little but stuck pretty much to the actual route.

Now this will sink your heart a little This is the Lord Selkirk rusting and abandoned along the river. Not a fitting end to a monumental ship one of our first that used to sail the Red River. My Parents spent their aniversary on this cruise. This should be lovingly preserved with those other fine ships and not left to rot like this
