This Sundays bike ride for the
"Muddy Waters Rides Again" charity event for
Habitat for humanityFinally back at
kildonan park after our 100 klm ride. I did not take any shot of the other rest stops as it was just pouring down rain throughout the rest of our bike ride and I didn't want to risk damage to my camera

By the time we got back to
kildonan park around 3:30 all the road bikers had finished and left the park which was kind of a shame as I was hoping people were going to stick around for a bit and be social

By the time we had hit
Birds Hill Provincial Park my rear axel was so bad is was comparable to riding one of those stationary excersise bikes with the tension cranked up to maximum. And with the driving rain and wind throughout the whole trip there were several times I felt like calling it quits but I stuck it out and pushed my bike as hard as I could and we made it back to
kildonan Park well withing the apointed time even with the handicap of my bike not performing up to specs.
They had sandwiches, drinks, pop, gatorade and mufins waiting for us when we arrived... Oh and yeah would'nt you know it, when we got back into the city the sun came out

for the rest of the day
