Birds Hill Park Bike Ride 2012 pic 01

This Sunday I was not REALLY intending on it but when I got out on my bike the road just kinda said "Birds Hill Park...

Yeah baby it's an awesome day, it's early... go for the birds Hill Ride..." So after mucking about in my favorite field which

much to my Shagrin it looks like they are destroying I swear this city will just not be satisfies until it has replaced every

green area with a big concrete slab!

I got onto Panet Road and headed out to the perimeter and then up Lagimodiere Blvd. and out to Birds Hill Provincial

Park. It was a gorgeous day and I could not have asked for better weather for such a nice ride, I took my sweet time too

and I still got out there in just under and hour and a half. I rode around the bike trail that circles the park after stopping off

at a cool location to take some pictures. After lunch I found another cool location used for horse equestrian sports I'd

imagine but I'll bet it would be an ideal location for future "Zentai" shoots

After I got home I logged in my miles on Daily

Mile and discovered it was a nice 47.81 mi bike trip there and back plus a good once around the bike trail.
