Description
A simple stack of hay bales I made for my "Rednecks and Alien Zombies" FPS game.
I figured that my Old Barn needed some obstacles. I notced that when I would come around the corner of the barn that, that one "Alien Zombie" standing in the barn just waiting for an ambush was too easy to notice either by looking through the window or just as you turn the corner to enter in through the barn's big open doorway. so I figured I needed something there to make him not so easily seen. And a nice big stack of hay bales seemed perfectly suited for the job.

I think if you added some cards alpha masked with bits of straw it would help the Bales a lot. You know, sticking out at odd angles, giving it the feel that it isn't just a cube of hay. The texture works very well. Another variant of the model would help when stacking, combined a separate texture pass with a couple changes in color giving the straw a drier look. Good job
